TITLE:  Store Manager - Watergardens

We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Manager to take our store in Watergardens to the next level! This is a maternity leave cover role while our current Manager takes time off to welcome a new family member. The role will begin as fixed term contract until May 2027, with the opportunity to explore other exciting management roles at the end of the contract once she returns to work. 

DECJUBA Watergardens is a busy store with busy centre trade, steady customer flow, and strong team rhythm. As Store Manager, you’ll lead the DREAMTEAM with energy, drive commercial performance, and create a culture where service, styling, and standards feel effortless.
