YOUR DECJUBA JOURNEY STARTS HERE… 

We are on the lookout for an #AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Merrylands to the next level! This is a PPT position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, offering 51 hours per fortnight. 

 

Our Merrylands store is in a prime location, being close to public transport and situated in a spot that welcomes high foot traffic daily. This is a busy store that will genuinely see you have no two days the same, as our clientele in this store love a one-on-one fashion consultation experience. If you are looking to grow your skills and work alongside an innovative team that will help you develop your expertise and the store performance then join us today!

WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC 

  • You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills 

  • You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business  

  • You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training. 

  • You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team. 

  • You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team 

  • You participate in training initiatives in store to constantly develop your skills as a leader 

  • You lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious!)
