THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our visual merchandising strategy for the DECJUBA D-LUXE range, driving sales and delivering AMAZING in-store customer experiences. You will work closely with retail stores, the creative team, buyers, and planners to ensure our visual merchandising reflects our brand DNA and supports our marketing and product strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Experience: Lead visual merchandising for DECJUBA stores D-LUXE range to create AMAZING customer experiences. Identify merchandising opportunities and trends to continually enhance the customer journey.
  • Strategic VM: Develop and implement a commercially responsive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with store performance. Plan monthly direction using the CX calendar and manage product delivery timelines.
  • Product Performance: Collaborate with planners to analyse weekly product performance and incorporate action points into the VM directive. Ensure that the VM strategy supports the monthly marketing and seasonal plans.
  • Window and In-Store Displays: Ensure that window and in-store mannequins support the overall VM strategic directive and that retail mannequin styling is consistent with e-commerce creative direction.
  • Communication and Implementation: Deliver clear VM directives for D-LUXE to store teams, ensuring easy execution. Lead the sign-off of DMG in the mock shop with key stakeholders.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: Proven strategic visual merchandising experience, particularly in the retail space. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Skills: Creative and innovative approach to visual merchandising with strong retail commercial and business acumen.
  • Qualities: Positive, solution-focused attitude with a 'can do' mindset. Excellent leadership and clear, positive communication style. Flexibility and self-awareness are essential.
