THE OPPORTUNITY
We are on the hunt for an AMAZING Performance Marketing Manager, an exciting new role within our Channel Marketing team. In this role you will take charge of all DECJUBA paid marketing channels, identifying opportunities, developing and driving strategic, innovative campaigns and delivering ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-performing paid media campaigns (social and search) that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Establish and manage affiliate marketing partnerships to drive incremental revenue and brand awareness.
- Leverage relationships with marketplace partners to secure marketing placements that maximise brand awareness, traffic and revenue.
- Manage relationships with external digital agencies to identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and grow ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market. Stay up to date with digital tech and best practice and proactively recommend strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Drive teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of channel marketing campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Possess an exceptional understanding of brand and a strong interest in fashion marketing trends to drive ideation and innovation.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful paid, affiliate and marketplace strategies that drive revenue growth. Experience in omnichannel retail is preferred.
- Demonstrate a commercially focused and process-driven mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and a collaborative style. Build robust relationships, confidently manage stakeholders, and effectively liaise across all functions and levels of the business.
- Be analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google. Meta & TikTok Ads, programmatic buying and data platforms (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
