THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to kick-start your Planning career? We're on the hunt for a commercially-savvy and data-driven Junior Merchandise Planner to join our dynamic Planning team. You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders to deliver the right product, to the right place, at the right time – making an impact every single day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the merchandise strategy: Assist in developing financial plans, range plans and OTB strategies to achieve KPI targets.
  • Analyse and trade: Monitor sales, analyse stock flow, and support category performance through actionable insights.
  • Build the right range: Collaborate with Buyers and Planners to contribute to product assortments that resonate with our customer.
  • Learn and grow: Work alongside Senior Planners, Assistant Planners and Allocators, developing your skills and knowledge daily.
  • Drive operational excellence: Help monitor stock availability, manage aged inventory, and maximise sell-through across retail and online.
  • Communicate and collaborate: Build strong working relationships across Merch, VM, Retail Ops, Marketing, and Production teams.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You bring at least 1 year of retail planning, merchandise, or allocations experience (fashion experience a bonus!).
  • You have strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • You’re confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You’re strategic in your thinking, proactive in your actions, and thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • You’re a natural collaborator and communicator, ready to learn and grow within a high-performing team.
  • You live and breathe values like honesty, bravery, innovation and optimism – and bring that energy to everything you do.
