THE OPPORTUNITY
We are on the hunt for an AMAZING Head of Channel Marketing, a critical leadership role within our Customer Experience team. In this role you will take charge of all DECJUBA owned and paid marketing channels, developing and driving strategic, innovative, brand-first campaigns and delivering ambitious growth targets. You will lead a team of ten channel specialists across digital marketing, paid, CRM and social.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement channel marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners and establish strong relationships to maximize market reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external digital agencies to identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and grow ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market.
- Monitor and analyse channel marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, inspire and develop a high-performing channel marketing team.
- Drive teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to unlock the full potential of our collective efforts and ensure seamless execution of channel marketing campaigns.
ABOUT YOU
- Possess an exceptional understanding of brand and a strong interest in fashion marketing trends to drive ideation and innovation.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in channel marketing, with a proven track record of leading a team and delivering successful channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Experience in omnichannel retail is preferred.
- Demonstrate a commercially focused and process-driven mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and a collaborative style. Build robust relationships, confidently manage stakeholders, and effectively liaise across all functions and levels of the business.
- Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate a team.
- Be analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Have an inquisitive mindset with the ability to question the status quo and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
