THE OPPORTUNITY 

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our growing Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Graphics Manager, this role plays a key part in developing and delivering high-impact creative campaigns that bring the DECJUBA brand DNA to life across all customer touchpoints.

You will take ownership of design projects end-to-end, contribute creatively to campaign concepts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver work that is both commercially effective and visually compelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop strong, innovative creative concepts aligned with brand and campaign strategy
• Design and deliver assets across all customer touchpoints including digital concepts and assets, EDMs, website design, paid ads, organic social assets, product packaging, in-store signage, events and internal communications
• Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Art Direction teams to execute briefs to a high standard
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency and attention to detail
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions to campaign development and seasonal storytelling
• Ensure all creative output aligns with DECJUBA brand guidelines and visual standards
• Support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement within the design team

OUR NEXT AMAZING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

• 2–4 years experience in a graphic or digital design role, ideally within retail, fashion or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Strong creative thinking skills with a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong proficiency in video editing
• Strong proficiency in Figma and digital design workflows
• Strong understanding of branding and a passion for fashion and retail marketing
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines
• Agile, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to change
• Confident communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, best practice and emerging creative tools
