General Manager eCommerce

At DECJUBA, we’re all about effortless edgy fashion, AMAZING customer experiences, and creating an omnichannel journey that inspires our community to engage and shop with us wherever, whenever and however they want. We’re on the lookout for a GM of eCommerce to join our Dream Team. This is an amazing opportunity for a commercially driven, customer-obsessed digital leader who knows how to deliver online sales growth, optimise site experience and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment. If you’re strategic, data-led, commercially sharp and passionate about creating best-in-class digital experiences — this could be your next move.

What you'll be doing

As our GM of eCommerce, you’ll lead the continued growth of DECJUBA’s online business across owned and marketplace channels. You’ll be responsible for optimising the end-to-end site experience, maximising online sales, driving trade performance and delivering scalable digital solutions that support our customer and commercial goals. You’ll work closely across Customer Experience, Buying, Planning, Retail, Marketing, Finance and Warehouse teams to bring our eCommerce strategy to life, ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers AMAZING.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the yearly eCommerce strategy across owned and marketplace channels, including sales budgets, forecasting and trade planning
  • Lead online trade performance, using daily and weekly insights to maximise sales, conversion, average order value and customer engagement
  • Own the end-to-end site experience, including product search, navigation, merchandising, content, cart, shipping, returns and customer service feedback loops
  • Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Creative, Marketing, Retail, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure aligned execution across product, campaigns, stock and trade activity
  • Drive digital growth opportunities through site enhancements, search engine optimisation, marketplace expansion, promotional activity and customer experience improvements
  • Manage marketplace partnerships, agency relationships and external suppliers to optimise performance, brand experience and commercial outcomes
  • Deliver clear, action-based reporting and recommendations across trade, sales, marketplace performance, customer behaviour and market trends
  • Lead, develop and retain a high-performing, highly engaged eCommerce team while driving process improvements and scalable ways of working

What you'll bring:

You’re a commercially focused eCommerce leader who knows how to balance strategy with execution. You’re confident using data to identify opportunity, clear in your communication and passionate about delivering growth through an exceptional digital customer experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring structure to complexity and know how to lead teams and stakeholders with energy, pace and clarity.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years’ experience managing an eCommerce function and delivering online sales growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning sales budgets, trade performance, forecasting and digital growth initiatives
  • Experience working across eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, AP21 or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of user experience, online merchandising, stock management, content management systems, web analytics and search engine optimisation
  • Proven ability to use data, insights, market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Buying, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Retail, Finance and Warehouse
  • Confidence managing external partners, agencies and marketplace relationships to deliver commercial and brand outcomes
  • Excellent communication, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for customer experience, digital innovation and continuous improvement
