THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, highly organised Front Desk Receptionist to be a friendly face of DECJUBA HQ. You’ll be the very first impression our guests, team members and partners experience – and we want that impression to be nothing short of #AMAZING. You’ll create a polished, welcoming and positive environment that embodies everything we stand for. From daily front desk operations and supporting office logistics, to assisting with team events and keeping our space looking flawless, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Support Office runs seamlessly. Working closely with our Head Office Manager, you'll help bring energy, structure and genuine warmth to every corner of our workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering a Next-Level Reception Experience
- Greet all visitors, team members and contractors with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor and team access
- Manage incoming calls, reception inbox, mail, and deliveries
- Support in the Office Induction experience
- Keep our reception area immaculate, stylish and welcoming at all times
- Support in managing team locker access, maintain contact and distribution lists
- Office administration, organisation & supporting PX admin
- Support office supply orders and ensure our kitchens and communal areas are tidy and well-stocked
- Help coordinate team events, sample sales, celebrations and initiatives
- Assist with travel bookings, couriers, and D:CAR scheduling
- Keep reception and common areas free from hazards to maintain a safe work environment
- Follow emergency procedures and assist in evacuations if necessary
- Support facilities maintenance and provide hands-on support to the Support Office Manager
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support role
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and general office systems
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Your positive vibe and can do attitude
- Warm, approachable and team-oriented
- Professional, polished and always ready to help
- Willingness to learn new skills
