THE OPPORTUNITY

We are on the hunt for an AMAZING Executive Assistant, a key support role partnering directly with our visionary, entrepreneurial Founder. This 12-month parental leave cover is an incredible opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll be the right hand, trusted partner, and organiser who makes it all happen.

In this role, you’ll anticipate what’s next and ensure everything runs seamlessly across business, personal, and family priorities. You’ll thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, taking ownership, moving fast, and making an impact every single day.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing seamless executive support to the Founder.
  • Managing diaries, inboxes, communications, and day-to-day priorities with precision and pace
  • Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally, always professional, approachable, and solutions-focused
  • Preparing and coordinating high-level meetings, agendas, and presentations
  • Managing confidential information and sensitive business matters with absolute discretion and sound judgement
  • Coordinating complex business and personal travel across multiple time zones
  • Supporting home management, family scheduling, and personal commitments as needed
  • Anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping things moving when plans shift
  • Bringing energy, organisation, and focus to a fast-moving environment

 

ABOUT YOU

You’re highly organised, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive - someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment. You anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked, and you do it all with confidence, care, and pace. You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years proven experience supporting C-suite or entrepreneurial leaders in a fast-paced setting.
  • The ability to balance business and personal priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • A proactive mindset, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • A current Victorian Driver’s Licence - required for local errands and commitments.
  • Willingness to work onsite, five days a week, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
