THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of DECJUBA, delivering exceptional experiences across various channels including live chat and email. You'll manage customer expectations proactively and ensure every interaction is seamless and positive. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely responses across live chat and email.
- Manage customer expectations proactively, ensuring seamless and positive interactions.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and patience, treating each case uniquely.
- Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving post-purchase issues promptly.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Share customer feedback with managers and teams to drive improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues swiftly, adopting a solutions-focused mindset.
- Ensure accurate resolution of enquiries, escalating when necessary, to deliver amazing experiences.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in customer service or similar field
- You have a resilient and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace change
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative style, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
