What you’ll be doing

As our Creative Producer, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of photoshoots from end to end. From pre-production planning through to post-production and asset delivery, you’ll be the engine behind the scenes making sure everything lands on time, on brief and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end coordination of photoshoots across pre-production, shoot execution and post-production
• Build and manage shoot schedules, call sheets and production timelines
• Oversee on-set operations to ensure shoots run efficiently and to plan
• Coordinate all production elements including talent, crew, locations, props and equipment
• Manage post-production workflows including retouching, editing, approvals and final asset delivery
• Ensure imagery and motion assets are delivered on time, correctly formatted and aligned to channel needs
• Coordinate external partners including photographers, videographers, freelancers and suppliers
• Manage shoot budgets, track costs, reconcile expenses and support accurate invoice processing

What you’ll bring

You’re highly organised, solutions-focused and know how to keep momentum high while balancing multiple projects and priorities. You bring a strong eye for detail, clear communication and the confidence to manage expectations across a range of stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years’ experience in a creative production, studio coordination or content production role, ideally within fashion/retail
• Experience coordinating photoshoots from pre-production to post-production
• Strong understanding of asset delivery workflows, retouching processes and file management
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Creative, Digital and Buying
• Exposure to managing external suppliers including photographers, videographers and freelancers
• Confidence tracking budgets, reconciling costs and keeping production spend on track
• Strong planning, scheduling and workflow management capability
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, direct and collaborative approach
• A calm, adaptable mindset and the ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance creative outcomes with timeframes and budgets
