THE OPPORTUNITY
We are on the hunt for an AMAZING CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist, an exciting new role within our Digital Marketing team. In this role you will lead digital marketing campaigns and manage the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program, optimising customer lifecycle journeys and enhancing personalisation and segmentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to drive CRM strategy, including the roll out & management of the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program.
- Optimise flows to enhance customer engagement and manage customer segmentation to ensure personalised and relevant communication.
- Develop and implement loyalty strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Own the DECJUBA Insider calendar including point-based promotions, gifting and events.
- Plan, implement and optimise marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including web, email, social & CRM to drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue. Own end-to-end go-live plans and project manage timelines, briefs and content across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Drive teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns.
ABOUT YOU
- Possess an exceptional understanding of brand and interest in fashion marketing trends to drive ideation and innovation.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM. Experience in omnichannel retail is preferred.
- Good understanding of automation tools and customer segmentation strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and a collaborative style. Build robust relationships and confidently manage stakeholders.
- Be analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in email campaign, customer segmentation and analytics tools, including customer data & digital marketing platforms.
