ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Buying Admin Assistant to join our Head Office team and support our Buying function in bringing our ranges to life. This role is all about keeping the engine room running smoothly. From sample management and supplier coordination to product data, photoshoot handovers and trading support, you’ll play a key part in helping the team stay organised, prepared and one step ahead.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assist in raising, managing and updating all styles in AP21
- Support with collating colour and print palettes for buying teams and suppliers
- Prepare and send outgoing samples and swatches to suppliers
- Assist with sample management across original, fit and PPS samples
- Organise swatches, lab dips and samples for Buyer review
- Liaise with Production to request and track photoshoot and blogger samples
- Prepare and sort samples for mock shop and VM meetings
- Handover shipping samples to E-com for website photography
- Create and upload product descriptions and attributes into AP21 ahead of online launch
- Distribute stock drop, marketing handover and sign-off documents to key teams
- Support ranging preparation through sample photography, tagging and filing
- Attend fit sessions and take accurate fitting notes when required
- Join weekly trade meetings and support sample preparation as needed
- Work closely with Buying, Production, Marketing, VM and E-com teams to keep timelines and handovers on track
ABOUT YOU
- You have a degree/diploma in Fashion & Textile Design (not essential, but beneficial)
- You're experienced in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- You’re highly organised and thrive on keeping things in order
- You have strong attention to detail and love getting the small things right
- You’re proactive, reliable and able to work at pace
- You have a genuine passion for fashion and product
- You’re a great communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- You’re keen to learn, grow and build a career in buying or product
