ABOUT THE ROLE
As Country Manager – New Zealand, you’ll play a key role in delivering on our promise of AMAZING customer experiences and creating a culture where people genuinely love what they do. You’ll lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of Regional and Store Managers, driving sales, exceeding KPIs, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across your region. With a customer-first mindset, you’ll embed a culture of coaching and support, championing our mentality of making customers look and feel amazing. You’ll ensure operational excellence, maintaining compliance with all DECJUBA policies and standards, while being a passionate advocate for growth, learning and team engagement at every level.

Support and drive Focus Store strategies with clear execution and follow-up.

Manage wage expenditure and store operations with a strong commercial mindset.

Ensure accurate rostering, compliance with policies, and planning for peak trade periods.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Proven experience as a State, Country or Multi-Site Manager in a high-volume retail environment

A strong passion for people leadership – you're energised by coaching and developing others

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead with clarity, confidence and care

Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the retail landscape
