We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Third In Charge to take our store in Bondi Junction to the next level!  

 

Bondi Junction is one of our most iconic locations — a buzzing, high-volume store in the heart of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs fashion scene. As Third in Charge, you’ll step into a leadership role that’s all about energy, initiative, and making things happen on the floor. You’ll support your Store Manager and Assistant Manager in creating an unforgettable customer experience, coaching the team to deliver AMAZE service, and keeping things running like clockwork in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC 

  • You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills 

  • You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business  

  • You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training. 

  • You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team. 

  • You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team 

  • You participate in training initiatives in store to constantly develop your skills as a leader 

  • You lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious!)
